Role: IT Service Management Expert
Job Type: 12- 18 months Contract
Location- Riyadh
Roles & Responsibilities:
Planning and implementing IT Service Management processes, software and tools to optimize IT service delivery and reduce costs.
Conducting IT service quality assurance, monitoring and analyzing performance issues.
Must have: Minimum 5 years of experience in the same field in any part of the world
Master's in Information Systems or Business Administration
Female candidates only
Willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia for the whole contractual year
